What Guarantee do you give on your products?
Our unique 5 Year Warranty applies to all air conditioning installations carried out by our organisation and this covers all fittings carried out in Andalucia, Spain. Our 5-year warranty is subject to our maintenance agreement being taken out on the air conditioning system. Alternatively a no quibble 3-year warranty applies.
What is your policy on returns?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Our promise to you the customer: If you don't like the product send it back to us in the original packaging within 7 days after you received it and we will refund you the costs of the product! - You just have to pay for the carriage! That's a promise!
What form of payment does your company accept?
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. All payments are processed through Paypal's own secure payment site. The cards we accept are Visa, Master Card, Solo, Switch, Delta and Electron. Unless you have installed a wall unit before or have the relevant experience, we would recommend that you enlist the services of a suitably qualified installer or installation company. Whilst we have readily available technical staff to assist with any technical information, we confirm that a professional installation will substantially increase the life expectancy of any air conditioning system.
